Sustainable Shipping information

All our products are thoughtfully shipped.  We spent a great deal of time and research on the best way to get our fine art as furniture sent to your home.  We can’t stand waste, that’s why we’ve custom-designed our own shipping boxes that can be reused as useful storage boxes. We only use one piece of plastic bubble wrap for the entire shipment.  It’s details like that set Mary Justice Designs apart.

First, our items are wrapped in paper tissue and then put in our custom-made 100% cotton canvas bags for protection. They are then placed in our complimentary sustainable, custom-made wooden box that can be used as a storage box. 

We then safely pack all your purchased items in a non-branded despatch box, ready for delivery. We provide complimentary insurance for damaged, lost or stolen goods for every item shipped.  

Shipping costs

The cost of delivery will appear at checkout once you have entered your delivery details. The cost is for one despatch, regardless of the size and number of items chosen. Costs differ based on your region and the weight of your order.

The shipping cost reflected at check-out includes a $65 USD fee to cover the legal documents needed to ship your items.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks from payment. Once shipped, it will take 5-10 work days for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping method

Our orders are shipped with UPS EXPRESS, this service includes the following:

• Door-to-door shipping

• Tracking information

• Import and export taxes

• Complimentary insurance for damaged, lost or stolen goods.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
